Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order details as soon as possible.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or different from what was ordered, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  • All original accessories, packaging materials, and invoices must be included.
  • The device must not show signs of physical damage, water damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

All replacement requests are subject to verification and inspection by our technical team.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The order is cancelled before dispatch.
  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment.
  • A verified defective product cannot be replaced.
  • The wrong product was delivered and a replacement is not available.

Refund approval is subject to review and verification by Retrojee.com.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Minor cosmetic wear consistent with refurbished devices.
  • Damage caused by drops, liquid exposure, misuse, or negligence.
  • Software-related issues caused by third-party applications or modifications.
  • Products returned without original accessories or proof of purchase.
  • Products showing evidence of unauthorized repair attempts.

Return Process

In approved cases, Retrojee.com may arrange a reverse pickup through Shiprocket or its courier partners where service is available.

Customers must ensure that the product is securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds are generally processed within 5-10 business days after approval, depending on banking and payment provider timelines.

Warranty Claims

If your product includes a warranty, warranty-related claims will be handled according to the warranty terms mentioned on the respective product page.

Warranty coverage does not include accidental damage, water damage, physical damage, software modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
