2. Refurbished Products & Quality Standards
Unless otherwise stated, products sold on RetroJee.com are refurbished or renewed devices. These products may have minor cosmetic signs of previous use that do not affect their normal functionality.
Every eligible device undergoes RetroJee's internal refurbishment process, which may include:

The terms "Professionally Tested", "Technician Inspected", "Quality Checked", "Professionally Refurbished", and "45+ Quality Checks" refer only to RetroJee's internal refurbishment process and do not imply certification, approval, endorsement, or authorization by Nokia, Samsung, Apple, or any other original equipment manufacturer.
3. Brand Disclaimer
All trademarks, brand names, logos, and product names displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners.
Brand names including Nokia, Samsung, Apple, and others are used solely for product identification purposes. Their use does not indicate any partnership, sponsorship, certification, endorsement, or authorization by the respective trademark owners.

6. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on Retrojee.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments are securely processed through Razorpay and supported payment methods may include UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, EMI options, and Cash on Delivery where available.
Retrojee.com does not store your complete card or banking information.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped through Shiprocket and its courier partners to serviceable locations across India.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking details will be shared once the order has been dispatched.
8. Warranty
Products may carry a limited warranty as mentioned on the respective product page. Warranty coverage applies only to functional defects and does not cover physical damage, water damage, software issues caused by third-party modifications, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
Unless specifically mentioned on the product page, RetroJee provides its own customer support for eligible products. Original manufacturer warranties may not apply to refurbished devices sold through RetroJee.
9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
For damaged, missing, or incorrect product claims, customers are required to record a complete uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the sealed package. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
