7-Day Replacement Policy

If you receive a product with a functional defect, damaged condition, or a product different from what was ordered, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned with all accessories, packaging, invoices, and included items.
  • The device must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.
  • The IMEI number and product condition must match our records.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only under the following circumstances:

  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment.
  • A replacement cannot be provided for a verified defective product.
  • The order is cancelled before shipment.
  • The product received is significantly different from the product description.

Refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by our support team.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Minor cosmetic wear or signs of refurbishment disclosed in product details.
  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, liquid exposure, improper charging, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Software issues caused by third-party applications or modifications.
  • Failure to provide proof of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds are generally processed within 5-10 business days after approval, depending on banking and payment provider timelines.

Return Shipping

In approved cases, Retrojee.com may arrange reverse pickup through its logistics partners where service is available.

Customers may be required to securely pack the product before pickup. Failure to provide complete accessories or proper packaging may affect claim approval.

Inspection Process

All returned products undergo inspection by our technical team before a replacement or refund is approved.
